MEET YOUR COORDINATOR

Once we receive your application, a member of our team will reach out to you to make a personal introduction and discuss the next steps in your surrogacy process. Our coordinators are experts at navigating surrogacy policies and programs, advising you of your legal rights, and helping you match with the best intended parents.

FILL OUT QUESTIONNAIRE

After you and your Coordinator have had a chance to meet, it’s their primary job to help you find a suitable match from our pool of intended parents. One way we achieve this is through our Surrogate Questionnaire and background check, to ensure your lifestyle aligns with regulations and our clients preferences for a healthy pregnancy and delivery. We want you and all parties involved with the surrogacy to have a transparent and positive experience.

PROVIDE MEDICAL
RECORDS

To meet surrogacy requirements and our own internal standards, we require that potential surrogates provide their medical history in the form of official records from a licensed primary care provider. This allows the doctors involved in the later stages of your journey, such during the process of embryo transfer, to be aware of your medical conditions and make proper recommendations of how to proceed with a healthy pregnancy.

Matching With Intended Parents

This is one of the most important and exciting stages of your journey! We will review the information you’ve submitted and compare it with the profiles of our hopeful parents who are seeking out a surrogate that aligns with their needs. Once we find a potential match, or matches, we set up times for both parties to meet each other and determine if everything is a good fit. If and when you decide to move forward, you will have already laid the groundwork for an open, intimate, and positive relationship with your intended parents that will serve as an extra support system throughout your pregnancy and delivery.

Fertility & Pregnancy

The final stages of your surrogacy journey are the busiest, but we will help you every step of the way. Before embryo transfer, a final fertility screening must be performed by a state-approved physician and must take place at one of several select clinics specified by surrogacy law. We will coordinate this required screening for you at the location which is most convenient, and, once completed, early preparations will begin for in vitro fertilization while your surrogacy contract is being drawn up.

SURROGACY
CONTRACT

Surrogacy contracts ensure the legal protection of surrogates and establish the parental rights intended parents. Our surrogacy experts have connections with trusted attorneys who specialize in drafting these unique contracts, and can assist with revisions until both parties are satisfied with the financial, legal, and medical arrangements agreed upon.

EMBRYO TRANSFER & CHECK-INS

Embryo transfer will be performed by the in vitro fertilization specialist who previously performed your final medical screening. When the procedure is complete, you will be released for the remainder of your pregnancy to receive regular checkups and be monitored by the doctor of your choice. This ensures you are more comfortable but treated effectively in the later stages of pregnancy.

DELIVERY & PARENT TRANSITION

The big day is here! Communicating with the hospital in advance and developing a detailed birth plan with your intended parents can help the delivery run smoothly. After the baby is born, their parents will be able to claim ownership and take them home from the hospital to start their new life together. Your work is done!
